Hello! My name is Aaron, and I am a part-time traveler based in the United States. I take a few travel adventures a year and enjoy documenting the murals and street art I find around the world.

How did Wander Mural get started?
During a backpacking trip to Europe in 2013, I was wandering around Stockholm, Sweden and wasn't sure where to go to next. After some research at my hostel, I decided that it would be a good idea to check out the world famous murals and street art of Berlin, Germany. I booked my flight and headed to Berlin. On my second day in Berlin, I joined a free street art tour and fell in love with murals and street art. This trip and the countless murals I've found since then inspired me to create Wander Mural.

Each mural found on this site is labeled with its location (city and country). If possible, the closest street or intersection is provided as well.
Each mural is timestamped with the month and year the photo was taken.
Unfortunately, while some murals stay up for years, some murals are destroyed, taken down or painted over shortly after they are put up. Keep this in mind if you are attempting to find a mural found on this site. The mural may no longer exist.
